Green Chutney
Ingredients
- Some Coriander Leaves
- Some Mint Leaves
- 2 pcs - Green Chillies
- 1 pcs - Ginger
- 2 tbsp - Roasted Gram Dal
- 2 pinch of Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp - Black Salt
- 1 tsp - Dry Mango Powder ( amchur power)
- 20 ml - Lemon Juice
- 30 ml- Water for mixing
Green Chutney Recipe
- First start the recipe, To make Green Chutney first take a grinding jar.
- After that in the grinding jar add coriander leaves, 200 grams of fresh mint,
- green chilies, 1 inch of ginger, 2 tbsp roasted gram gal, 2 pinches of asafoetida, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- After that add 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, 20 ml of lemon juice, and 30 ml of water.
- After that grind everything well.
- After that your Green Chutney is ready.

Mithi Chutney
Ingredients
- 50 grams - Imli /Tamarind
- 10 ml - Oil
- 1/2 tsp -Cumin Seeds
- 2 pinch of Asafoetida
- 60 grams -Jaggery/Gud
- 2 tbsp - Sugar
- 1/2 tsp -Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp -Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp -Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp -Black salt
- 30 ml- Water for mixing
- Start the recipe, To make Mithi chutney first take 50 grams of Tamarind (Imali) of seedless Chutney.
- After that Soak the tamarind in hot water for 15 Minutes.
- After that take a grinding jar and add soaked Tamarind into it.
- After that grind it well and prepare a fine paste.
- After that place a strainer on a bowl and add grind Tamarind paste to it.
- After that remove any residues.
- Now place a pan on flame and add 10 Oil off to it and heat.
- While oil is Hot add 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds, 2 pinch asafoetida, Prepared Tamarind paste, and 60 grams of jaggery to it.
- After that stir continuously and melt the jaggery.
- After that add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
- After that add 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder, salt as per taste, and 1/2 tsp of black salt.
- After that mix everything well.
- while it becomes thick and shiny then turn off the flame and your Mithi chutney is also ready.
