The feeling of memories was something like this.  Whenever I peep into my childhood memories, even today my childhood memories come to my mind. I was not going to explain anything like a fool.  I was a bit too polite. My friends and I were always famous for playing pranks in the classroom apart from studying.  There was no importance of education in my village at that time.  Our teachers used to go on teaching us only, whether you know it or not, it doesn't matter.  The village is still very backward in terms of education as compared to the city. If my teacher had given me knowledge, instead of becoming a good officer today, I would not have been a peon on the road or in any office.  I bow down to that Guru Ji.  I wish that no one should get such a teacher.  I and my friends were very expert in doing mischief in the class. What should we do in our childhood, there was no one to show us the way, so at that time we never felt like studying.  We were a little afraid of our teachers.  We were not afraid of some teachers, they never used to beat us.  But some teachers were such that they used to kill wherever they wanted, at that time our parents did not say anything to those teachers, don't know why.  Even today the education of the village is very useless, there only teaching is done and knowledge is not given. 

But some Guru ji was very pious and good, he never used to beat us, he used to say this every now and then, read children, there is still time, but we did not listen to him at that time.  One day the teachers told the Hindi teacher why don't you kill these children?  The teacher laughed off the words of the teachers. They scolded a little but did not say anything. One day the Teacher called our group to him and said, your group will sit on the back bench and the children also study  Have to You can be naughty or do whatever you want, but son, the teacher's words should be taken seriously. You are a good family child, I know you all are very smart. If you pay a little attention to your studies, then nothing can stop you  Can stop  Now you are a child, you are wild, when I was your age, I used to do a lot of mischief.  Son, I can understand you.  All the children would realize it for a while but then forget it.  They used to feel for a while that what our teachers are saying is right.  Still, he did not desist from his mischief.  All the children used to remove his talk in a joking manner.  Days were passing like this.  One day all the teachers went to the Principal of the school and complained to the Teacher that the children make a lot of noise in the class of the Hindi teacher and disturb us.  At that time, I did not feel who was asking for our rights, today it is known that if the Hindi teacher had listened to the Hindi teacher at that time, then where would we be today.

The rest of the teachers said to the Principal, Teacher does not tell them anything at all, how long will this continue?  The Principal was also fed up with the day-to-day complaints. He also wanted that either Teacher should be transferred to another place or those children should be suspended from the school.  Called and said tell the names of those children who do a lot of mischief in your class. We will warn them once, if that group still does not repent of their actions, we will suspend them from our school. Such children  What is the use of studying, who does not listen carefully to the teacher and does not listen carefully to the lessons taught by the teacher. Guru Ji told the Principal that as far as I think, no child is weak in studies.  There are some children in my class who do not listen but it is not that they are incompetent.  They do mischief because they don't want to study at that time. Those poor children get so tired of studying from morning to evening that they start taking an interest in studies.  Because what remains to be done on their heads?  Asked to stand on the bench or show the way out of the class. I understand the emotions of the children very well.  I cannot give you the names of those children.  I do not think that all these five children are incompetent, they do not like to study due to workload, because I am their only teacher who does not want to kill them at all.

The Principal was surprised to hear the Teacher's words. He could not understand what to say in this matter.  If any other teachers had any complaints with me, they would tell me. Once he had told me about the children but I had laughed off his words.  I don't want to play with the future of those children. If you suspend those children from school, I will consider it as an insult to me. I will understand that I could not be a good teacher.  I don't want bad for the children, so today I am resigning from my teacher's post.  In the Principal's room, he put his resignation letter on his desk.  One of the children was listening to everything the Teacher said. He went and told me all the things to his friends. Due to the actions of those children, today their Teacher decided to leave the school.  Those children realized their mistake that all the teachers together were planning to suspend the teachers. The teacher with social knowledge decided to leave without saying anything.  When the children came, they were listening carefully to their Teacher. Seeing tears in their eyes, the Teacher could not help but said, Son, today your group is very calm, today you listened carefully to all the lessons which I taught.  Well son, now I am leaving this school soon.  If I have unknowingly said something to you or hurt the heart of any child, then I apologize to you children as well. The teacher had so much to say that those children started crying loudly by hugging the Teacher. 

Teacher how much you  It is good that we realized it today.  We did so much mischief in your class but you never hit us.  Everything was laughed off Teacher, today we swear that from today onwards we will never do mischief in the class and will work hard and pass with good marks. Please don't leave our school.  The children went to the principal and said to him, please tear the resignation of our teacher.  Give.  We assure you that we will never do mischief and give us one chance. The Principal tore the resignation of that Teacher and told the children to go, I have forgiven you. They understood now that the real Guru was him.  Those who give good education to children, children cannot understand by beating, even today we never forget that Teacher, who gave us his knowledge in our fifty-five years, even today we remember that childhood teacher and that mischief.  What is childhood like, no one can do anything if they get this knowledge

After some time, that Hindi teacher was transferred from there to another place and we became orphans again.  If only he had been a teacher and had I followed the path shown by him, I would have been something today.  That too was my childhood which went away in fun.

एक गुरु ऐसे भी -मैं अपने शिक्षक को प्रेरित करने के लिए क्या कहूं 

यादों का भाव कुछ एसा था। जब बचपन की यादों में जब झांकता हूं तो मेरे मन मैं आज भी बचपन की यादें तरोताजा हो आती हैं ।मैं उसमें नादान सा कुछ ना समझाने वाला था। मैं कुछ ज़्यादा ही शरीफ सा था ।मैं और मेरे दोस्त हमेशा कक्षा में पढ़ने के इलावा शरारतें करने में मशहूर थे । मेरे गाँव मैं उस समय शिक्षा Education का कोई महत्व नहीं था। हमारे टीचर Teacher केवल हमे पढ़ते कर चले जया करते थे चाहे तुम्हेंआये या ना आए कोई मतलब नहीं। गाँव आज भी शिक्षा के चले काफ़ी पिछड़ा हुआ है सहर की अपेक्षा अगर मेरे शिक्षक को मुझे ज्ञान दिया होता तो आज अच्छा ऑफिसर Officers बनने की बजाय सड़क पर या किसी ऑफिस मैं चपरासी ना रहे होते। उन  गुरु जी को मेरा शत शत नमन। मैं चाहता हूँ कि किसी को भी एसे गुरू ना मिले। मैं और मेरे दोस्त कक्षा में शरारत करने में बहुत ही माहिर थे।क्या करे वो बचपन ही ऐसा था हमे कोई रास्ता बताने वाला ही नहीं था इस लिये उस समय हमारा कभी भी पढ़ने में मन नहीं लगता था। हम.अपनें अध्यापकों से थोड़ा बहुत डरते थे ।. कुछ अध्यापको से हमें डर नहीं लगता था वह कभी भी मारते नहीं थे। लेकिन कुछ टीचर तो ऐसे थे कि जहां मन आये वही मार देते थे  उस समय हमारे माता पिता उन टीचरों को कुछ भी नहीं कहते थे पता नहीं ऐसा क्यों । आज भी गाँव की शिक्षा बहुत ही बेकार है वहाँ सिर्फ़ पढ़ाया जाता है ज्ञान नहीं दिया जाता।

लेकिन कूछ गुरु जी बहुत ही नेक और अच्छे थे वो हमें कभी भी नहीं पीटते थे बार यही कहते थे बच्चों पढ़ लो अभी भी टाइम है पर हमने उस समय उन की इक ना सुनी। अध्यापकों ने एक दिन हिन्दी  के अध्यापक को कह ही दिया कि इन बच्चों को आप क्यों नहीं मारते हो ? गुरुजीने अध्यापकों की बातों को हंसी में टाल दिया।वे थोड़ी बहुत डांट डपट करते परंतु कहते कुछ नहीं थे ।एक दिन उन गुरु जी ने हमारे ग्रुप को अपने पास बुलाया और कहा,  तुम्हारा ग्रुप सबसे पीछे वाली बेंच पर बैठेगा और बच्चों ने भी पढ़ाई करनी होती है। तुम शरारते करो या जो मर्जी करो पर बेटा अध्यापक की बातों को गंभीरता से लेना चाहिए ।तुम अच्छे घर के बच्चे हो मुझे पता है तुम सब बहुत ही होशियार हो ।तुम जरा सा भी पढाई की ओर ध्यान दो तो तुम्हे आगे बढ़ने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता। अभी तुम बच्चे हो उदंड हो, जब मैं तुम्हारी उम्र का था तो मैं भी बहुत ही शरारतें किया करता था। बेटा मैं तुम्हें समझा ही सकता हूं। सभी बच्चों को थोड़ी देर के लिए तो एहसास होता पर फिर भूल जाते। उनको थोड़ी देर के लिए इस प्रकार महसूस होता कि हमारे अध्यापक जो कह रहे हैं वह ठीक कह रहे हैं । वह अपनी शरारतों से फिर भी बाज नहीं आए। सभी बच्चे उनकी बात को हसी ठिठोली मैं निकाल देते थे। दिन इसी तरह गुजर रहे थे। एक दिन सभी अध्यापक स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्य Principal के पास गए और गुरुजी की शिकायत कर दी की हिन्दी वाले अध्यापक जी की कक्षा में बच्चे बहुत ही शोर मचाते हैं।और हमे डिस्ट्रब्ड करते है उस समय ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे बस यही पाठते होंगे। उस समय मुझे लगा नहीं कौन हमारे हक़ के लिए कह रहा है  आज पता चल रहा कि कास उस समय हिन्दी के टीचर Hindi Teacher की बात मान ली होती तो आज हम कहाँ होते।

बाक़ी टीचर प्रधानाचार्य जी से बोले, गुरुजी उनको जरा भी कुछ भी नहीं कहते हैं ऐसा कब तक चलेगा? प्रधानचार्य भी रोज-रोज की शिकायतों से तंग आ गए थे ।वह भी चाहते थे कि या तो गुरुजी का तबादला दूसरी जगह करवा दिया जाए या उन बच्चों को स्कूल से निलंबित कर दिया जाए एक दिन की बात है कि प्रधानाचार्य जी ने उन्हें कक्षा में बुलाया और कहा कि उन बच्चों के नाम बताओ जो आपकी कक्षा में बहुत ही शरारत करते हैं ।उन्हें हम एक बार चेतावनी देंगे ,अगर वह ग्रुप फिर भी अपने किए पर पछतावा नहीं करता है तो हम उन्हें अपने विद्यालय से निलंबित कर देंगे ।ऐसे बच्चों का पढ़ने से क्या फायदा जो अध्यापक की बात ध्यान से नहीं सुनता हो और अध्यापक के पढ़ाए हुए सबक को ध्यान से नहीं सुनता है गुरु जी ने प्रधानाचार्य जी से कहा कि जहां तक मैं सोचता हूं ,कोई भी बच्चा  पढाई में कमजोर नंही ही है ।मेरी कक्षा में कुछ बच्चे हैं जो सुनते नहीं है मगर ऐसा नहीं है कि वह नालायक हैं। वह शरारतें इसलिए करते हैं कि वह उस समय पढ़ना नहीं चाहते ।वह बच्चे हैं बेचारे सुबह से शाम तक पढ़ते-पढ़ते इतना थक जाते हैं कि वह पढ़ाई में अरूचि लेने लगते हैं ।लगातार सभी में तो सभी गुरुजनों की कक्षा में शरारत नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि उनके सिर पर डंडा बरसने का जो रहता है? बेंच पर खड़ा रहने को कहा जाता है या कक्षा से बाहर का रास्ता दिखाया जाता है ।मैं बच्चों की मनो भावनाओं को अच्छे ढंग से समझता हूं। मैं तो आप को उन बच्चों के नाम नहीं दे सकता। मैं नहीं समझता कि वह पांचों बच्चे नालायक है काम का बोझ होने के कारण वह पढ़ना पसंद नहीं करते, क्योंकि मैं ही ऐसा उनका एक गुरु हूं जो उनको बिल्कुल नहीं मारना चाहता।

 प्रधानाचार्य गुरु जी की बातों को सुनकर हैरान हो गए ।उन्हें सूझ ही नहीं रहा था कि वे इस विषय मे क्या कहें।  किसी अन्य अध्यापकों को मुझ से कोई शिकायत होती तो वह मुझे कहते एक बार उन्होंने मुझे बच्चों के बारे में कहा था मगर मैंने  उन की बात को हंसी में टाल दिया था। मैं उन बच्चों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं करना चाहता ।आप अगर उन बच्चों को स्कूल से निलंबित कर देंगे तो मैं इसे अपना अपमान समझूंगा ।मैं समझूंगा कि मैं एक अच्छा गुरु नहीं बन सका । मैं बच्चों का बुरा नहीं चाहता इसलिए आज मैं अपना अध्यापक पद से इस्तीफा दे रहा हूं। प्रधानाचार्य के कमरे में अपना इस्तीफा उनकी मेज पर रख दिया । बच्चों में से एक बच्चा गुरुजी की सारी बातें सुन रहा था ।उस ने सारी की सारी बातें अपने दोस्तों से जा कर कही।उन बच्चों की हरकत के कारण आज उनके गुरु जी ने विद्यालय को छोड़ने का फैसला कर लिया था।  उन बच्चों को अपनी गलती का एहसास हुआ कि सारे के सारे अध्यापक मिलकर गुरुजनों को निलंबित करने की योजना बना रहे थे । उन समाजिक ज्ञान वाले गुरुजी ने ं कुछ भी ना कहकर वहां से जाने का फैसला कर लिया था ।जैसे ही हिन्दीके गुरुजी कक्षा में आए कि वे बच्चे अपने गुरु जी की बातों को ध्यान से सुन रहे थे ।उनकी आंखों में आंसू देख कर गुरुजी से नहीं रहा गया वह बोले बेटा आज तुम्हारा ग्रुप बहुत ही शांत है आज तो तुमने मेरा सारा पाठ जो मैंने पढ़ाया वह ध्यान से सुना ।अच्छा बेटा ,अब मैं इस विद्यालय से शीघ्र ही जा रहा हूं। मैंने तुम्हें अनजाने में कुछ कहा हो या किसी भी बच्चे का दिल दु:खाया हो तो मैं तुम बच्चों से भी क्षमा मांगता हूं ।गुरु जी का इतना कहना था कि वह बच्चे गुरुजी के कंधे लगकर जोर जोर से रोने लगे।गुरु जी आप कितने अच्छे हैं इसका अंदाजा हमें आज लगा। हमने आप की कक्षा में इतनी शरारत की मगर आपने हमें कभी भी नहीं मारा। हर बात को हंसी में टाल दिया गुरुजी आज हम कसम खाते हैं कि आज के बाद हम कक्षा में कभी भी शरारत नहीं करेंगे और जी जान से मेहनत करेंगे और अच्छे अंकों में उतीर्ण होंगे ।कृपा करके आप हमारे विद्यालय से मत जाओ। बच्चे प्रधानाचार्य जी के पास गए और उन से बोले कृपया करके आप हमारे गुरु जी का इस्तीफा फाड. दे। हम आपको विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि हम कभी भी शरारत नहीं करेंगे और एक मौका हमें दे दीजिए ।प्रधानाचार्य जी ने उन गुरुजी का इस्तीफा फाड़ दिया और बच्चों को कहा कि जाओ मैंने तुम्हें माफ कर दिया ।वह अब समझ गए थे कि असली गुरु तो वही है जो बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा दें बच्चे मारपीट द्वारा नहीं समझ सकते आज भी हमें वह गुरुजी कभी भी नहीं भूलते जिहोनें हमारे पचपन तथा हमे अपना ज्ञान दिया आज भी वो बचपन के गुरु और वो शरारत है याद आती है। बचपन बही कैसा होता है ना अगर इस ज्ञान मिल जाये तो कोई भी कुछ भी कर सकता है 

कुछ समय बाद हिन्दी के वो टीचर की वहाँ से तबादला और जगह हो गया और हम फिर से अनाथ हो गये । कास वो टीचर होते और उनके बताये रास्ते पर चला होता तो आज मैं कुछ होता। वो भी का बचपन था मेरा जो मस्ती मैं चला गया ।
