Materials of Chana Chaat Good for Weight Gain
- 1/2 kg Chole / Channa
- 400 ml Water
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 10 ml Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- Salt as your taste
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 1 Chopped Onion
- Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 10 ml Tamarind Juice
- Chopped Coriander
- 10 ml Lemon Juice
Instructions How to make White Chana Chaat
- To make Chole chaat first take 1/2 kg of Chole and soaked it in the water overnight.
- After a night remove the excess water.
- Now place a cooker on flame and add soaked Chole to it and add 500 ml of water.
- Now close the lid and cook until 3-4 whistle.
- After 3-4 whistles turn off the flame and remove the excess water.
- Now take a bowl and add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- Now add 30 ml of water and mix everything well.
- Now place a pan on medium flame and add 10 ml of oil and heat.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tbsp of chopped ginger, and roast well.
- Now add prepared spice mix and mix well and roast until its starts releasing the oil.
- After it starts releasing the oil add all the boiled chole to it and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of salt and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now turn off the flame and transfer all Chole into a Bowl and let it cool.
- Now add 1 boiled Potato cut in small pcs, 1 chopped onion, 2 to 3 chopped green chilli, and 1 chopped tomato.
- Now
add 10 ml of tamarind juice, some chopped coriander, and 10 ml of lemon juice and
mix everything well.
- Now take a Dona or a Bowl and add Chole chaat to it.
- Now add some crushed potato chips.
- Now add more Chole Chaat and cover the chips with it.
- Now garnish it with chopped tomato and chopped onion.
- Now sprinkle some red chilli powder, chaat masala, and black salt and add some chopped coriander and a lemon slice.
- Now your Chole chaat is completely ready and you can enjoy
