- Wheat Flour – 200 grams
- Salt – as per taste
- 100 ml - Water
- Oil – 10 ml

- Starting to make the amazing Cafe Style Veg Kathi Roll, take a bowl and add 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 200 grams of wheat flour, and salt as per taste, and mix everything well.
- After that add water (as required) and prepare soft dough.
- After that add 10 ml of oil, knead the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, check the dough and knead well.
- Next step – take a small portion of dough and prepare a round ball with it.
- Next step – roll the dough ball and prepare a medium-thick Roti.

- Boiled potato – 1
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 15 grams
- Red chili sauce – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Green Chili – 2
- Salt as per Taste
- Chopped Coriander

- Starting to make the amazing Potato corn cheese roll, place a pan on flame, add 10 ml of oil, and heat well.
- After that, the oil is hot, add 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 2-chopped green chili, and 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and roast a little.
- After that, sometimes, add 2 tbsp of chopped capsicum and roast a little.
- After that add 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 2 tsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of red chili sauce, and mix everything well.
- After that 30 seconds, add one boiled & grated potato, and 2 tbsp of boiled sweet corn, and mix everything well.
- After that Next step – add salt as per taste, finely chopped coriander, and mix well.

- Schezwan sauce – 20 ml
- Tomato Ketchup – 10 ml
- Soya Sauce – 10 ml
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt as per Taste

- Red Chilli Sauce – 10 ml
- Tomato Ketchup – 10 ml
- Soya Sauce – 5 ml
- Chopped Spring Onion

- Lemon Juice – 10 ml
- Chicken – 100 grams
- Sliced Onion – 1 tbsp
- Sliced Capsicum – 1 tbsp
- Sliced Red Capsicum – 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder- ½ tbsp
- Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander Chutney- 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup – 8 ml
- Lemon Juice- 8 ml
